Refund policy
We always put our customers' needs and wants first; thus, when it comes to our exchange policy, we made sure to establish a proper policy in order to maintain the satisfaction of our esteemed customers.
You are requested to check the product(s) while the delivery person is in the vicinity. If the product is not to your liking or any fault is found, you can return it to the delivery man.
What Qualifies as an Exchange?
- FREE® jeans allow you to exchange the items purchased within 24 hours upon delivery.
- Items that you want to exchange must be unwashed and unused, with all original tags attached.
- The exchange must be made in the same amount as the exchanged product value or more than the value.
- If damaged or incorrect items are delivered, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide the following information for further evaluation:
- Order Number
- Images of the delivered article with visible issues
It is also to be noted that:
- No discounted or sale items will be exchanged.
- No Cash/Bank refund against the Exchanged Product/s.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the said product is not in stock, then the customer will be refunded the full amount, excluding the delivery charge.
- Customers must pay for delivery charges if an exchange is requested.
- Orders dispatched or processed cannot be cancelled.
- Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
- If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, the customer must pay delivery charge.
